425 Montford’s wonderful architectural story begins with its early owner, Theodore Rosenak, who, with Carol Rosenak, conveyed the property in 1963 to its first homeowner with an extraordinary covenant: the home was required to be designed by prominent local architect Gerald G. Weisbach or one of his architectural partners, Sol Silver or Theodore T. Boutmy.

Family-friendly Mill Valley is all about schools and sports.
