About This Home

Mid-Century Soul. Modern Intelligence.

Tucked away on a peaceful Millbrae cul-de-sac, 4 La Mancha Place brings together distinctive Mid-Century character, thoughtful modern upgrades, and effortless Peninsula living.
With approximately 2,560 square feet, 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, the home offers flexible spaces for gathering, entertaining, working, and unwinding—all connected by an exceptional indoor-outdoor lifestyle.

Designed to Live Differently
From its striking architectural façade and signature entry to its warm interiors and expansive outdoor spaces, 4 La Mancha Place has a personality all its own.
Two generous levels of decking extend the living experience outdoors. Start the morning with coffee or yoga, gather with friends on a sunny afternoon, or settle in as daylight fades into evening twilight.

Smart by Design
Mid-Century character meets today's connected lifestyle with Lutron smart lighting throughout the home, allowing programmable lighting scenes and effortless control.
Hardwired Ethernet, a Nest smart thermostat, Ring security and floodlight camera, Google Nest doorbell, smart-enabled access, and EV-charger readiness bring technology seamlessly into everyday life.

The Heart of the Home
The kitchen is anchored by a generous center island with seating, creating a natural gathering place for everything from morning coffee to dinner with friends.
Upgraded stainless-steel appliances include a Thermador cooktop, Bosch French-door refrigerator, and built-in wine refrigerator, while clean lines and contemporary cabinetry complement the home's architectural character.

A separate wet bar creates another inviting space for entertaining, with six-stage filtered water available at both the kitchen and wet bar.

Thoughtful Details, Everywhere
It's the smaller details that make a home particularly enjoyable to live in.
A dedicated laundry room, custom closet systems, built-in wall safe, towel warmer, abundant storage, and carefully integrated technology bring comfort and convenience to everyday routines.

Space That Adapts
A flexible lower-level living area with a separate exterior entrance creates valuable additional space that can evolve with its next owner, whether envisioned for guests, extended family, a private workspace, or additional living space.

Life on the Peninsula
The quiet cul-de-sac setting feels removed from the pace of the Peninsula while remaining remarkably connected to it.
Highly regarded Millbrae schools, neighborhood restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and everyday conveniences are nearby, while easy access to I-280 and US-101 makes traveling north to San Francisco or south through the Peninsula simple.

Millbrae BART and Caltrain are approximately one mile away, while SFO is just minutes from home—putting commuting, weekend adventures, and international travel within easy reach.

Welcome Home
Some homes are defined by square footage. Others are defined by how they make you feel.

Distinctive architecture. Smart-home convenience. Expansive outdoor living. Peninsula connectivity.

Welcome to 4 La Mancha Place.

Explore the Neighborhood

Located just west of San Francisco International Airport, Millbrae boasts rolling hills, highly ranked schools, and easy access to public transit and freeways.
In the 1860s, Darius Ogden Mills built an estate near Skyline Boulevard, Millbrae Avenue, and Trousdale Drive in present-day Millbrae. He called the property Millbrae after his own name and the Lowland Scots word ā€œbraeā€ for the slope of a hill. The city was incorporated in 1948.
The city of more than 22,000 is home to 12 parks and the Green Hills Country Club. Millbrae occupies 3.25 square miles about 15 miles south of downtown San Francisco. The city has its own Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) and Caltrain stations and is bordered by Highway 101 and Interstate 280, making commuting to San Francisco or Silicon Valley convenient for residents.
Millbrae’s median household income is $109,984, and its median property value is $1,130,000 according to 2017 United States Census Bureau data. 63.9 percent of the city's properties are owner-occupied.
