Ocean Cove is a scenic coastal destination located along scenic Highway 1 in coastal Sonoma County, California. Situated roughly 16 miles north of Jenner, it is nestled between Stillwater Cove Regional Park and Salt Point State Park. The area is widely known for its rugged coastal bluffs, a protected boat launch, and a popular, long-running campground. Activities include boating and kayaking in Ocean Cove (via a protected, public-access boat ramp down to the sheltered cove below), fishing and diving and beach exploration. The shore line is rocky and ideal for tidepooling and exploring the abundant marine life. The historic Ocean Cove Store is located right at the campground entrance along Hwy. 1, providing food, firewood and basic camping supplies. The Ocean Cove Lodge and Bar & Grill is just across the highway - an intimate 16-room lodge with views, and a full bar and restaurant for ocean view dining.
