Commanding Views, Professional Grade Kitchen, and a Perfect Floor Plan

Warm and inviting, this Upper Market home perched above Noe Valley, offers sweeping panoramic views of the Bay and East Bay from both the primary suite and the spacious living room, anchored by a gas-ignited wood-burning fireplace that sets the stage for long, leisurely evenings and effortless entertaining.

At the heart of the home is a professional chef's kitchen outfitted entirely in Viking, a striking cobalt blue package that includes a massive 48" 8-burner gas range with double ovens, an additional Viking wall oven, a Viking microwave, and an oversized Viking refrigerator. Abundant cabinetry and direct access to the rear patio complete this exceptional culinary space. You also find an additional powder room on this main level.

The bedroom level features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, including a generous primary suite where dynamic water views greet you each morning. All bathrooms have been recently and beautifully updated with gorgeous modern fixtures throughout. The primary suite's bathroom is flush with floor-to-ceiling tiled walls, double vanity, and an extrordinarily large walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms are located at the opposite end of the hall, and offer ample closets and a wood-trim paneled accent wall. Fresh cosmetic updates give the home a crisp, move-in-ready feel, while the cherry hardwood floors and open, airy layout lend warmth and timeless character.

Built in 1980, with a desirable floor plan and contemporary systems, this home also offers an exceptionally large two-car garage with abundant additional storage; a rare and coveted asset in San Francisco. A truly special property ready for its next discerning owner.

Upper Market/Noe Valley Neighborhood

Upper Market is a small, mostly residential neighborhood surrounded by several popular neighborhoods: Noe Valley to the East, Midtown Terrace to the West, Cole Valley to the North, and Glen Park to the South. Charming, Victorian-style row houses are nestled along with fully renovated condos, many of which offer incredible panoramic Bay and Nature Reserve views. Residents of Upper Market not only enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and amazing views, but they also enjoy convenient access to all of the shops and restaurants in The Castro neighborhood and plenty of nearby public transportation options.

There are several community and neighborhood gardens in San Francisco, and the community garden near Clayton Street and Corbett Avenue is a great place for Upper Market residents to get their hands dirty. This garden is 100% volunteer-driven, and if you aren’t into gardening, this is still an amazing place to relax with a book. The neighborhood is also close to Twin Peaks, Christmas Tree Point, and Tank Hill, where you can enjoy some of the best views in San Francisco.

Although Noe Valley’s 24th Street's wildly popular notable restaurants, Whole Foods, and shopping is closest to the Upper Market, The Castro is the easier commercial district to access via public transit thanks to the L Bus that runs along Market Street. At the intersection of Market Street and Castro Street, there are several popular restaurants and shops to choose from.

The L Taraval Bus Route, usually stylized as the LBUS, is the easiest route for Upper Market residents to utilize when commuting around San Francisco. When heading northbound, the LBUS runs along Market Street; southbound, it wraps around Midtown Terrace and travels along Taraval Street until it reaches the San Francisco Zoo. Commuters who need to access a BART Station can simply ride the LBUS to the Van Ness Station, taking no more than 30 minutes. Drivers and carpoolers who live in Upper Market can take a short drive south on O’Shaughnessy Blvd/Bosworth Street to access Interstate 280.
