Living at Chetwood Gardens has been a dream. This is a place where neighbors look out for each other, where friendships are made, and where every street corner has something special to offer. One of my favorite places? The Morcom Rose Garden, just at the end of the block. I spent countless summer days there doing volunteer gardening, learning about roses, enjoying peaceful walks, exercising, having a picnic and even stumbling upon the occasional surprise opera performance among the roses. We’re also near Piedmont, a beautiful neighborhood known for its stunning homes and breathtaking views of the Bay.
The Best of City Living — Without the Hassle
One of the biggest perks? Easy access to San Francisco. The “P” Express Bus, just a block away on Monte Vista and Oakland Avenue, takes you straight to Salesforce Transit Center — perfect for commuters.
Prefer to stay local? This condo is in one of the most walkable parts of Oakland.
