31 Tweed Lane is an exceptional 2 bedroom/2 bath single level home. It has been thoughtfully updated and meticulously maintained. The kitchen was recently remodeled and it is a showstopper. It is as functional as it is strikingly attractive. It features top of the line appliances, loads of cabinetry with stylish shaker doors adorned with eye- catching hardware, expansive white quartz counters with a hint of veining, and beautiful carrara marble backsplashes. Flooring throughout the home is luxury vinyl plank in a natural oak tone. Most rooms have been recently painted in a current palette. Updated lighting creates an elegant finish. There is a 2 car garage that is extra deep - easily enough space for a workbench, hobby table, or treadmill to be stationed in front of the left bay without cramping the parking. The rear patio offers ample space for a table, grilling area, and container gardening.
The home is in both the Sycamore Homeowners Association and its subset HOA, Sycamore Glen. Sycamore has been one of Danville's destination neighborhoods for the last thirty years. It is loved for its rolling greenbelts, bucolic walking paths, country club like HOA facilities, the 4th of July Parade Lawn Mower Brigade, and of course the namesake Sycamore trees that line most of the streets. Schools in the catchment area are among the most coveted in the SRVUSD. The location is ideal. Not only is it just minutes away from Danville’s vibrant downtown, commutes are a breeze with easy access to the Park & Ride lot and its proximity to the 680/580 interchange.

about this
Neighborhood
∎
The Town of Danville is located in the San Ramon Valley in Contra Costa County, California. It is one of the incorporated municipalities in California that uses "town" in its name instead of "city". The population was 44,631 in 2016. With a lively downtown district, shopping and outdoor dining are popular. Danville hosts a farmers' market each Saturday next to the Museum of the San Ramon Valley, located in the historic Southern Pacific Railroad Train Depot. The Iron Horse Regional Trail runs through Danville. It was first a railroad that has been converted to an 80-foot (24 m) wide corridor of bike and hike trails as well as controlled intersections. Extending from Pleasanton to Concord, the trail passes through Danville. Danville is also home to the Village Theatre and Art Gallery, hosting children's theatre, shows and art discussions.
