In 2014, Forbes ranked Saratoga 81st on its list of America's Most Expensive ZIP codes, with a median home price of $2,186,268. Saratoga’s median household income is $159,000, according to 2013 United States Census Bureau data. Of its 11,123 housing units, 85 percent are owner occupied. Saratoga residents are highly educated, with 78 percent of adults 25 or older holding at least a bachelor’s degree.
