  • Three exterior lighting fixtures were removed in the front of the house.
  • Both bathrooms had all grouting cleaned and new caulking added where needed.
  • The side fence was stained in areas where the fence needed it.
  • The outdoor BBQ and pizza oven were power washed and hand cleaned.
  • Installed new interior and exterior door handles, hinges, and deadbolts.
  • Removed a kitchen door to the hallway to open up the kitchen further.
  • Some cabinets in the kitchen needed minor repairs including under the sink.
  • Painted kitchen sliding door and closet sliders in two bedrooms.
  • Patched a hole in the garage wall and beside the water heater.
  • Filled in the kitchen ironing board and put in new drywall.
  • Installed new heat vents throughout the interior of the house.
  • Installed new cabinet pulls and handles in the kitchen and bathrooms.
  • Added new house numbers to the exterior of the house.
  • Removed old bathroom medicine cabinets and filled them with sheetrock.
  • Snaked both bathroom sinks for better draining.
  • Installed a new mirror within the primary bathroom.
  • Framed the existing mirror with the hallway bathroom.
  • Repaired the roof joists along the exterior of the pool house roof.
