1892 Investment Victorian

The promise of free land and bountiful resources drove people west more than the promise of freedom. Land and real estate, create wealth and upward mobility. The land where Noe Valley is today was named after the last Mayor (Alcalde) of Yerba Buena, Jose de Jesus Noe who owned the area as part of his Rancho San Miguel.
